- Overtime: $100 per additional hour after 11:00 PM

Security Deposit
- Deposit refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours after inspection.
- $400 refundable security deposit required to secure event date
- Dates are not reserved until deposit is received
- Deposit does NOT apply toward rental balance
- Refunded after event inspection if venue is returned in good condition
Deposit Refund Conditions
- Venue left in good condition
- No damage to building, furniture, restrooms, or equipment
- All venue rules followed
- Damages or violations may result in partial or full deposit loss
Rental Balance
- Full rental balance due 7 days prior to event
- Failure to pay may result in cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- $400 deposit is non refundable if event is canceled
- Cancellations more than 7 days prior may receive rental refund (excluding deposit)
- No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of event
Overtime Policy
- $100 per additional hour
- Billed in full hour increments
- Must be paid before event concludes
Cleaning & Damages
- Client responsible for cleaning unless 'Leave Venue As Is' option is purchased
- Damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges
Important Notes
- All rentals subject to availability
- Prices may change on holidays or special events
- No refunds for no shows or early endings
- Management may end event without refund if policies are violated
